Core question: Imagine you are a fledgling medical anthropologist in Africa. What are the key points in your public health campaign to fight HIV/AIDS? HIV is a virus that causes the disease of AIDS that damages your immune system. HIV is manageable, but cannot be cured. There are many ways to prevent HIV from happening. Some of the ways to prevent HIV is to be tested, being tested is the safest way not to transmit the virus and it can prevent infection to others.
